Up To Par

These terms form an agreement between you and Dotemmy LLC (Dotemmy) governing your use of the Up To Par application. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

You get a limited right to use the App on your personal device. All rights, title, and interest in Up To Par belong to Dotemmy, LLC.

• Do not use the App for any illegal purpose
• Do not use profanity, hate speech, or offensive language in your reports
• Do not submit false, misleading, or malicious golf course reports
• Do not try to hack, harm, or break the App's systems
• Do not harass or harm other users of the App

You retain ownership of the content you submit through Up To Par. You grant Dotemmy a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the app for you and your organization.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of Up To Par. Where a change materially reduces functionality for paying customers, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account using the instructions on the Delete account tab. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment by the licensing organization, or where required by law.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Golf course reports are based on individual user opinions and may not always reflect official conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
