• Account details: email address, zip code, and location toggle preference
• User Input: Golf course reviews based on golf course categories and amenities.
• Location services: Proximity to golf courses and dwell time for validation of review.

• Payment card data
• Contacts, photos, calendar, or microphone data
• Advertising identifiers — the app contains no ads or ad SDKs

We use the information above only to operate Up To Par: authenticating you, delivering the features you request, notifying you of changes relevant to your account, and diagnosing faults. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

• Cloud hosting providers — Encrypted database and application hosting

Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement and may use your data only to deliver the service described.

We store your information for as long as your account is active or needed to provide you services.

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest by our hosting providers. Access to production data is limited to named Dotemmy personnel who require it for support, and is logged.

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
• Deletion — request removal of your account and data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — ask us to stop a specific processing activity

To exercise any of these, email privacy@dotemmy.com. We respond within 30 days. Deletion instructions specific to Up To Par are on the Delete account tab.

Up To Par is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders in-app or by email before the change takes effect.
