Delete your Up To Par account
You can delete your account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from inside the app
- 1Access your profile page by pressing the Profile link in the footer.
- 2Navigate to the bottom of the profile page and press the red "Delete Account" button and follow the prompts.
If you cannot access the app
If you no longer have app access, email support@dotemmy.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
We verify every request against the account address before acting on it, then confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account details, credentials, and location preference
What may be retained, and why
- Anonymous course condition reports may remain visible to other users
Anything retained is kept only where a legal, contractual, or labor-record obligation requires it, and is de-identified wherever that obligation allows.
How long it takes
Deletion completes within 30 days of a verified request.
Encrypted backups are rotated on a 35-day cycle, so a copy of deleted data may persist in backup storage until that cycle completes. It is not accessible in the app.
